Aluminum Alloy
Aluminum alloys have good corrosion resistance, high strength and thermal conductivity. They can maintain good mechanical properties at low temperatures. They are widely used in aerospace, automotive, electrical, chemical, transportation and other industries. The plasticity of aluminum alloy stamping parts is very good. Mixing a small amount of aluminum with some metals can greatly improve their properties. Conversely, a small amount of magnesium and copper mixed with the aluminum alloy can improve the tenacity of the stamping parts.
Titanium Alloy
Titanium alloy has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, high strength and stable mechanical properties. Titanium alloy materials are light in weight, with a density of 4.51 and high specific strength. Therefore, it has become an important metal material in aerospace and some other fields. But its processing performance is poor. Especially the drilling and tapping efficiency of it is very low, which severely effects the processing quality and production efficiency of titanium alloy parts.
Brass, bronze, stainless steel and carbon steel that have been introduced above are also alloys. They are largely used in metalworking such as stamping and welding.
