Advantages of using aluminum in stamping and welding:
1. Easy to process. After mixing a certain amount of alloy elements, a cast aluminum alloy with good casting performance or a deformed aluminum alloy with good plasticity can be obtained, which are very suitable for stamping.
2. Good conductivity and thermal conductivity. Aluminum has outstanding conductivity and thermal conductivity that are only lower than silver, copper and gold.
3. Small density. The density of aluminum and aluminum alloy is about 2.7 g, only about 1/3 of that of iron or copper.
4. High strength. The strength of some aluminum alloys is even higher than stainless steel.
