A suspension arm can absorb shocks and impact while you are driving on bumpy ground. Since it needs enough strength to absorb the impact force, the dimension of the components of this assembly is large. Good material quality, large material thickness and proper welding process are required to ensure its durability. In addition, our customer has high requirements for product appearance. Irregular weld seams left by manual welding are accepted. Therefore, we designed perfect welding tooling for the welding robot to ensure the consistency and accurate dimension of the product, avoiding irregular welding seams, and improving the appearance of the product.
